Tour Operator T&Cs
- Small group touring in modern air-conditioned vehicles maximum 21 people.
- Please note: All guests must be at one of the 3 pickup points at least 5 – 10 minutes prior to pickup time.
- Failure to do this will result in no show / no refund or reschedule will be offered.
- During peak time Nov-Mar larger buses may be used.
- Tour price is in Australian dollars includes GST and may be subject to change.
- Diamond Tours reserves the right to change vehicles, cancel tours, amend fares and itineraries if necessary.
- Blue Diamond Tours is an affiliate to Diamond Tours.
- For any tour components not operated by Diamond Tours we cannot and do not take any responsibilities for injury or loss of any type arising in any matter.
- Group Tour 100% cancellation fee will apply with less than 24 hour notice prior to departure.
- Any Private Tour cancelled within 0-7 days will incur 100% cancellation fee.
